The Solution

Cloudcraftz's team recognised an opportunity to enhance productivity through artificial intelligence. Collaborating with the customer's content creators, the team developed user stories and prototypes using agile methodology. Product managers and UX designers worked alongside editorial staff to build an assistive feature within a custom content management system.

Implementation Details

The quiz feature generates questions with four multiple-choice options and difficulty levels (easy/hard). Using prompt engineering techniques from the academic paper "A Prompt Pattern Catalog to Enhance Prompt Engineering with ChatGPT," the team leveraged OpenAI effectively. Engineers addressed technical constraints including rate limits and token restrictions to deliver the finished product.
